Who May Use the Library?

Union County Library System does not discriminate against any person receiving a library card.

All residents of Union County are eligible for a library card

Union County Library System is supported by the taxes paid by the residents of Union County and New Albany.
Therefore, those people who live outside Union County or cannot provide proof of residence in Union County may
be required to pay a fee for the privilege of borrowing materials or using the electronic resources of the library.

Any person may use printed materials in-house.
