The T33164 is a bundle of 131-1/2" Gold Carbide Impregnated Bandsaw Blades in different widths and TPI (teeth per inch).
The 1/4" 6 TPI hook blade is best for tight radius cuts in wood. It has the highest TPI of the group for a smoother, more refined cut.
The 1/2" 3 TPI hook blade is best for resawing or near straight line cuts. It has the lowest TPI of the group for cutting thicker material and may be fed through at a higher feed rate.
The 3/8" 4 TPI hook blade is an all-around great blade that performs in between the range of the other two.
Made from the toughest alloys, the teeth are heat treated, precision-ground, and razor sharp, not punched or milled like traditional blades.
During the manufacturing of these blades, the teeth are impregnated with carbide particles which greatly improve the cutting life of the blade.
The teeth also feature a new aggressive tooth design and set. The sides of the blades are polished smooth. The back of the blades have been smoothed to allow them to feed and turn with less heat and chatter.
