W1848 13-1/4" Oscillating Floor Drill Press

With the oscillating motion, this is much more than just a floor drill press.

The Shop Fox W1848 13-1/4" Oscillating Floor Drill Press can be used for efficient contour sanding in addition to traditional drilling.

Converting from drilling operations to sanding operations takes a matter of seconds with just a few tool-free steps.

The W1848 is fitted with a 1 to 16mm JT33 keyed drill chuck, offers up to 3-1/8" of travel and a drilling capacity of 5/8" through mild steel.

With the oscillating feature, the oscillating stroke length is 3/4".

The 12-3/8" diameter, round table allows for drilling and surface sanding at different angles as it tilts 90° in both directions.

The table has a clearance hole for use while sanding. This clever design incorporates a 2-1/2" dust collection port so that sanding is less messy.
